Design and Development of I&IT Training Services

i. Design and Development of Traditional I&IT Classroom Based Training service is intended to provide I&IT professionals/practitioners with access to specialized sessions. This includes:

  • Development of new training programs
  • Development of pilot courses/trial sessions, including industry accepted learning methodologies,
  • Customization of learning activities, such as:
    a. Case studies;
    b. Learning tools;
    c. Reference materials; and
    d. Procedures
  • Modification of new learning objectives or changes to business practices
  • Design and development that includes:
    a. Customization of material/program for a highly technical I&IT audience;
    b. Design and development of technical training/programs for non-I&IT professionals at fundamental, expert, and executive levels; and
    c. Modification of material/program that includes aspects specific to the OPS (tools, procedures, policies, etc.)

ii. Alternative Learning Technologies (ALTs) may include but are not limited to: distance education tools; courses which in whole or in part are videotaped, recorded, broadcast, televised, or digitally rendered in multi-media formats; online courses; and course delivered in whole or in part by computer mediated conferencing, or teleconferencing.

This service includes the design and development of learning sessions to be used by individuals or groups in synchronous (live) or asynchronous (self-paced) modes.
Examples:
a. Case Studies;
b. Learning tools;
c. Reference materials;
d. Policies/Procedures;
e. Modification of existing content for Alternative Learning Technologies; and
f. Modification of existing content or development of new material that can be delivered using one or more Alternative Learning Technologies.

iii. Design and Development of Blended Learning is a combination of Design and Development of Traditional I&IT Classroom Based Training and Alternative Learning Technologies.
