Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ)
This foundation–level certifi cation ensures that the fundamental principles, concepts, and practices of software quality assurance is understood as demonstrated by successful completion of an examination.

Acquiring the designation of Certifi ed Associate in Software Quality (CASQ) indicates a professional level of competence in the principles and practices of quality assurance in the IT profession. CASQs become members of an acclaimed professional group, receiving recognition of their competence by business and professional associates, and are afforded potentially more rapid career advancement.
To qualify for candidacy, each applicant must meet ONE of three prerequisites listed below:
A 3 year degree or 4 year degree from an accredited college-level institution
A 2 year degree from an accredited college-level institution and 1 years experience in the information services field
Three years experience in the information services field
An applicant for certification must adhere to the Code of Ethics that outlines the ethical behaviors expected of all certified professionals by the ISCB.
Depending upon a compliance sample selected according to program criteria, the applicant may be required to provide upon request detailed education, employment, and reference documentation supporting the information entered in the Customer Portal during the application process. If selected the applicant must supply the required documentation and those who fail to provide the requested documentation may be subject to decertification.

• Common Body of Knowledge is a tool to assist in reviewing the knowledge and skills.
• Ensure the best practices in software testing are identified, implemented, and continually improved within the organization
• It will help you grow within your industry or company in the Information Technology for upper management, Senior Position or Advisory position
• The materials selected for the prep guide sessions are provided by QAI.
• Online support will be given from QAI of Canada or from an Instructor from Hi Tech Institute
• This course will prepared you for the CASQ Certification
Those individuals who desire a position in the IT industry as a software tester and who meet one of the following:
A 3 year degree or 4 year degree from an accredited college–level institution
A 2 year degree from an accredited college–level institution and 1 years experience in the information services field
Three years experience in the information services field
