Job Title: Network Administration Assistant / IT Helpdesk
Reports to: Operations Manager
Works closely with Network Administrator
Position: Full-time permanent / Co–op
Highlights:

- 30 minutes paid lunch break and 15 minutes coffee breaks.

Summary:
Day to day operation, maintenance and troubleshooting support to IT infrastructure, Systems and training equipments as per guidance of Network Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Maintaining all aspects of the network
Troubleshooting desktop issues
Application Maintenance
Education & Experience:
- Knowledge of A+, MCSE, CCNA, Network plus is required.
- A university graduate with Network Administration Diploma OR
- A Certification course in Network Administration
- Exchange server experience needed
- Knowledge of Network Plus required
- Experience in Network Administration is a definite asset
Additional attributes:
- Flexible on working hours. Time frame for job is 8.30 am to 9.30 pm, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday as per need

- Willingness and eagerness to learn
